  • We called Archie Johnstone plumbing with a hot water tank leak at the cold inlet. We connected with Mike who stopped by at about dinner time a viewed our tank and took the necessary measurements. The repair job was booked by Colleen and underway for a few days later in the week. All went very well and we are totally pleased with the Company and the people who took part in our tank replacement. This is the third tank we have had installed in our home. The go to company in our house is Archie Johnstone Plumbing and Heating. Thank you Mike and Colleen for your service.

  • The evening before we were to leave on vacation for a week I noticed the hot water tank leaking…we turned it off and drained the tank. Called Archie Johnstone in the morning and Dylan replaced the tank the day before we returned…he did a great job and left everything neat clean and tidy.

Mitch was incredibly kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable right away. The problem was fixed quickly, and he took the time to clean up and leave everything spotless. After some disappointing experiences with other companies, this was such a relief. I truly appreciate the great service and would happily recommend this company to anyone.

  • We are having ventilation and heating replaced in our shop. They disconnected our heaters a month ago. No word on when they are going to hook it up. Why start a job if you cant finish it. So we will have no heat this winter. THANKS. Id think twice before hiring this contractor. Unless you have plenty of time to wait.

  • No problem with the work performed, but I do have a problem with the 2 hours charged. I make it 1 hour and 15 minutes on the job. He was 20 minutes at least out in the driveway vehicle afterwords which I don't think should be part of the charge. Also I don't think I should be charged for the snake drill used. I expect a worker to show up with his tools to do the job. Issues now resolved with reduced labor charge.

  • Rob was very efficient, tested all components and got the AC cooling unfortunately it only worked for an hour. He suspected this could happen and thought it might need a mother board He asked the office to order one. I hope that solves the problem

His advice was of great benefit and he did not leave until the machine was perfectly level and in place even though he was only there to hook up the gas connection.
