• Could not be happier with Assurance and Brandon the owner. He was recommended to me by my pool company after the almighty Enbridge said my gas meter wasn’t up to code… Brandon was prompt with his response and fixed all the Enbridge safety violations. While he was there I also had him redo a lot of old ductwork and build me a new plenum. Brandon has been wonderful to work with and is a true master of his trade. Would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Guelph area.

• Brandon is excellent to work with. We have had him come out a couple of times now. He helped replace our furnace and got it done very quickly so we were not without heat for long. Then we had him back to add a humidifier system. All work was completed in a timely fashion, very tidy and he took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. • Arrogant guy, does questionable work with electrical. Overcharges for very simple installation. Tries to talk down on you and your equipment to upsell his units even though there is nothing wrong with the previous ones. Will show you pictures of previous work saying he found it in your home.
