  • Our 20+ year old ac and furnace needed to be replaced. Zack, Taran and Brendan did an amazing job. So professional, and as others said knowledge and explained the products - it wasn’t a sales call. We also got them to come back and do duct cleaning. Staff were polite, cleaned up, and punctual. Will use them again in 20 years when we need need appliances.

  • Booked an appointment for today for a quote for a new system. Had email confirmation 5 days ago that a tech would arrive between 12 and 4pm. I took time off work to be here - but no-one bothered to show up! Neither did they call or email me to explain why. Lack of respect for customer time/money - I won't bother with this company again!

  • Completely disgusting service. After getting 2-3 appointment schedules we were still waiting for the technician to come to repair our store cooling system (A/C). When we call them to tell them that they haven’t send any technician then they were behaving very unprofessional. Technician who came to check for the first day and it was hardly 2-3 minutes visit and he made a mistake that he switch off the main switch and because of that RTU circuit breaker wasn’t reset properly so he said we need to replace it but there was not any fault in that breaker and it was completely technician’s mistake that he didn’t ask me that where is the switches for RTU located. And for this kind of service they are asking for service charge that they have send technician to diagnose the system. Not paying anything for their mistake and unprofessional service.

  • Not a good service. technician came in and asked if we have a ladder to go to rooftop but when we called and booked, nobody have asked us at that time in call that we will need to have a ladder. and then he left in couple minutes and sent an invoice to pay for. we have called to diagnose the AC issue and did not got any resolution that day and after we called to book an appointment for 2-3 days and they said someone will come for service today or tomorrow but nobody came in and the lady and technician both were rude. i wish i would’ve not wasted my time here and called somewhere else instead.
