  • The crew at ATL-REFAC were great, from Mitchell who came and quoted on the job to the installation guys you then came and completed the installation. They were courteous and professional working through any and all challenges presented. At the end of the day they cleaned up the site and took away all the packaging and the old equipment. The new heater is working well and we are really pleased with everything. Thanks for the great work!

  • We recently lost our natural gas boiler. Quick to respond to our initial inquiry and come to provide assessment. Explored options for repair before ultimately deciding on full replacement. Assessment price & quote were competitive. Installation was booked and executed promptly. Communication over billing was clear. Kind employees. We had an equipment issue on night 1 (which turned out to be nothing) but they sent a tech over immediately to check on us. Highly recommend.

  • On 2 occasions as of late we have been in need of refrigeration service somewhat immediately. On both of these occasions we have had initial conversations with Michelle who was kind enough to get techs out to us very quickly. Both techs, Warren and Brayden, were fantastic, completed their work promptly, left no trace behind that they had even been there. A very clean, respectful, diligent team that has taken care of us expertly.

  • We hired this company to install a 3 head heat pump system. EVERY employee we dealt with was totally professional and went out of their way to help us. The office staff guided us through the process of applying for rebates and kept us up to date at all times. The electricians who were sub contractors and were certainly professional and courteous. The installers were professional and polite and very friendly! I would hire this company again in a heart beat!!!!!

  • Work got done but way over estimate. Ridiculously over. Can’t say I could recommend them on pricing. Next time would want a legal contract with them. It’s a shame really as they seem like decent people.   • What a great company to deal with, regarding a service call to a 7 year old ductless mini split heat pump. The tech showed up on time and was courteous, he was knowledgeable, and had no trouble with me asking him questions along the way. The issue was fixed in no time, Daikin replaced the parts as they had them in stock locally. The office kept me in tune with what was going on the entire time. Highly recommend Daikin and ATL REFAC. Nice and toasty in here for the holiday break. Thanks guys.

  • I had heat pumps installed in April 2021, I had a few quotes and chose ATL-Refac mainly from the conversation I had with Conrad, he was not pushy, he answered all my questions promptly and made me feel confident in choosing them. The crew that came to install were fantastic! I had a minor issue come up over this past weekend. Made a call to Nikki and she was able I get a service technician out the same day. The service guy came and resolved the problem, again a fantastic rep for the company! I would highly recommend ATL-Refac

  • I have waited a year to post this review to ensure that there were no issues post-install. I am happy to report, from my first meeting with Frank (who explained how the pumps worked and exactly what I needed) through the install with Brandon and his team, (all of whom were extremely professional) and a yearly cleaning, I am so happy with the function of the Daiken pumps. I would highly recommend ATL Refract. Great service and staff.

  • I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and experience the team has. I brought in 4 different contractors among them was ATL-REFAC to quote me on installing a mini-split heatpump but it was an easy choice to go with this company. The estimator who came in provided us with the best solution that suits our house. I was fascinated with the crew that came in, they were up to speed with where the heatpumps should go, they worked safely and efficiently. I also liked how they weren't rushing and took their time to make sure we knew how to operate it and how to clean the filters. I recommended ATL-REFAC to family and friends and all ended up installing heat-pumps. We love our heatpump, it saves us money in the winter and keeps us warm while in the summer it keeps the house nice and cool. I recommend ATL-REFAC to anyone who is planning on installing a heatpump. This company will stand behind the product they install and make sure the customer is always happy.
