Ryan was outstanding! Had an issue with my AC yesterday late evening. I contacted him and he responded very quick. He came today morning, got everything back in working order. Very knowledgeable and honest person. Affordable price. will definitely be using them again if any issues arise in the future. Thanks again!

I wish every business operated with the same level of care and expertise as Barrtech. From the very first conversation, Ryan stood out with his clear communication, honest explanations, and ability to build confidence. The installation team, Adam and his son, were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They even took time to chat with us, which made the whole experience enjoyable. We had a challenging furnace replacement in an extremely tight mechanical room. Several big companies had previously told us it wasn’t possible, but Barrtech made it happen without issue. The circuit board burned out on our old furnace on a recent cold winter weekend. I called Barrtech and to my surprise the owner, Ryan, answered. He came over to do a check and gave us a couple of options. He also brought us space heaters to tie us over until the new furnace could be installed on Tuesday. This saved us a lot of money. His crew was very professional and arrived on time to work diligently on replacing the furnace. Ryan is attentive with updates and also with responding to text messages and emails. This level of customer service is outstanding!

I’ve known Ryan and his brother Adam for over 28 years combined, so when Ryan started his HVAC company there was zero hesitation in trusting them with my systems. They handle everything for me, my commercial kitchen exhaust and make-up air (MUA) system, as well as the HVAC at my home and they are absolutely top-tier at what they do. Commercial kitchen ventilation is serious business, and these guys know it inside and out. What truly separates them from other companies is reliability, honesty, and pride in their work. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and never cut corners. Amazing service from Adam at Barrtech today! Woke up in a chilly house, furnace died overnight. I messaged Adam and thankfully they were able to squeeze in a service call today, before the weekend. He swapped out a part and we have heat again! 5/5 highly recommend!

Really great fast service. I phoned them on a Monday afternoon, they were there the next day at 8 am. My AC was up and running by like 10:15 am. It probably would have been ever sooner if they had the part for my model on hand. And the payment was an easy link via email. I would recommend.

My Furnace was having a random issue where it kept on shutting off/re-starting. The first guy that came to look at the issue was not able to diagnose. The owner came the following business day, diagnosed and solved the problem. I was only charged for one visit. I really appreciate the push for excellence and ensuring that the problem was resolved and customer was satisfied. Both guys that came down were very friendly , professional and respectful. On July 21 of 2024 after 20 years of great service our air conditioner retired. We reached out to Barrtech Mechanical Inc. and by Tuesday, July 23 at noon our new Carrier 2 1/2 ton air conditioner was up and running.My wife and I thank you for your Excellent service and quick install because of the hot weather that we were going through at that time and my wife’s arthritis which does not like hot and muggy air and boy was our house hot and muggy.
