WORST , like wow . WORST costumer service ever ! I got accepted with Efficiency MB for an air source pump. I started calling them in May 2026.. We are September 2026… I called them 8 times, the “secretary “ has no ideas what she is doing … No one is getting back to me. Either the secretary needs a new job , or the guys just DON’T CARE !

The worst experience ever. The owner/son came to our house and asked to use my blow dryer to blow-dry the coil in my furnace. I was charged $90 just for him to knock on the door, and $22 for every 15 min that he blow dryed! His solution was to charge $800 to refill the unit but not repair the leak, or to replace a unit that did NOT need replacing for $4500 . This company will over charge and take advantage of you without flinching. The owner/mother partner was rude and dishonest. Don't get into the mess we did. Call someone else.

Great experience from start to finish. Our AC unit quit on us during a heat wave. The team was friendly, professional and made the whole AC installation process easy. They showed up on time and did a great job installing my new unit. Everything works perfectly and I'm very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Just had my unit replaced to a newer model with a heat pump. The workers who showed up were respectful efficient and quick when installing. Once they finished they showed me how to use it. Offered advice on maintenance and upkeep. Would definitely do business with them in the future.

Avoid using. They took advantage of the eldery women i bought my house from. Installed a mini split the year before I moved in. I had central air installed for half the price 2 years later. They completely hosed her and sold a product that underperformed for the size of the house.

I have used Custom Vac for all my Duct cleaning, furnace and air conditioner maintenance for several years now. Including once when my air conditioner died last summer and they were there the very next day. Even though both my units are on the old side there was no pressure to upgrade or replace. A crew years ago, the first time they maintained the furnace there were a few small issues and they were able to replace the parts for minimal charge and problem solved any issues. When a part was needed they came back the same day to install it. This week they came out to do some duct cleaning and check everything over as I was concerned with the age of the furnace and air conditioner of them working throughout the summer. They did let me know that although the air conditioner was running it was on its last legs. And since the furnace was getting pretty old they recommended replacing it at the same time to save on overall costs and service costs. but they did explain there were a likely a few years left on it since it had been well-maintained. I decided to just go with the air conditioner, and there was no pressure to also do the furnace. they gave me a fair price that included the unit, the installation and all taxes so there were no surprises. Donald and Chase came out the following week to install. And everything was great. They always clean up after themselves and leave everything looking really good. They always take time to explain what is going on and what they’re working on and are very personable and professional.They arrive on time and every time have done excellent work. Denise got back to me quickly for both jobs and brining the quote/contract for me to review and sign and was willing to work with me on my schedule. This company is great to work with and I always recommend them to my friends and family.
