Alex came to fix our furnace and did a fantastic job!! He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable, and we haven’t had any issues since. We really appreciated the great service and would highly recommend Fair Service Heating to anyone!

Alex came out and installed our new air conditioner. He did and excellent job. Was kind and courteous and was even super helpful in pointing out some issues around the foundation caused by the removal of the old air conditioner (before we moved in) that the inspector missed! I reached out to Felix, for getting an AC Install done. The quote I received was one of best. Alex and his team of Installers came to our home on time. Alex explained the process to me. He made sure I understood was was included in the Install and what was extra. We had an older AC which was leaking refrigerant that we wanted replaced. We wanted to change the entire line however Alex told me that since we are staying with the same coolant the leaks are usually on the coil or the outside unit there are as no need to change the entire line. Ours was a 50 foot run and would have cost us more to replace . He pressurized the system with showed us the leaking area in the coil. The team worked through the morning and completed the install by 2 pm. One of them stayed back and make sure that the system was working fine without any leaks. They were efficient and their work was very lean. They made sure that the line was properly tied down and made sure that the lines were straight and they taped the metal work to reduce leakage. I will highly recommend them for any AC/furnace work. Truely professional work.

Fair Service was exceptional. They found solutions to retro fit our home with HRV and heat pumps. This was a medium/large project back in Aug - Sept 2024. They installed two outdoor units (3 ton and 2.5 ton) and 7 indoor units. Mike and his team of Zorick, Alex, and Sebastian worked hard on this, and it turned out fantastic !
