• The technician (I can’t remember his name) was fantastic and arrived promptly at time I was scheduled, during the tail end of a nasty snow storm that shut down/delayed everything and everyone else in Winnipeg. He was thorough and actually found the root of the problem not just replaced the valve that was leaking so that it doesn’t continue happening. • Will not recommend this company to anyone, high efficiency boiler was installed February 2023,not even 2 years after display panel board has failed, called the company, technician came, changed $459 for service. Seriously? What kind of product are installed if it fails in a year?? Very disappointing.

• they guys provide 5 star service. i chose another company for my AC repair, however, i spent 140 dollars and 2 hours, just got a suggestion to replace it will cost 7k. in the report, they don't even tell me the reason for issue. my AC used only 12 yrs, could still work for another 5 yrs. l found legacy guys, they used 1 hour sloved issue and another 2 hours for charging freon which i required, total 600 dollars. hope more people will get thisvery good service from these guys.

• I just tried Legacy for the first time for a plumbing issue with a toilet. Tristen was extremely good at assessing and diagnosing the issue. He is obviously very passionate about what he does and it shows as his work is very exacting. I have a very old house with some very old and quirky plumbing that’s not the easiest stuff to work on.
