They were able to gut our entire furnace and install a better, more efficient system into our basement over the course of the morning, letting us have guests over in the evening.   • my a/c died in 30 degree weather. they were out the next day, knew immediately what the problem was and had it fixed in 15 minutes. then we went inside and cleaned out the water discharge so that the central a/c would drain properly.

  • Scheduled with this company by pure accident. No call the day before to confirm it. Then waited in the morning finally received a call advising they were having issues with the vehicles. That was fine no issues with being a little late. Finally get a call from the tech around 3 saying he will be here in 10 mins. Called me again 20 mins later he went to the wrong address. When he finally gets here he typically looked at the outside unit attempted to tell me I need an upgrade cause there's leak somewhere in the unit.I advised I'm in talks to have the unit replaced I just wanted it working. Then he went on about what it would cost without doing nothing. I was pretty excited after reading the reviews for this company. Only to be disappointed. I used to work at an HVAC company and know how it works and this guy's was no where near professional or even tried to help. It felt like he was in a rush and ready to go home for the day.

  • Unbelievable service from the moment the phone was answered! We returned from England to find our furnace was on its last breath. They brought us heaters to help with the chill and promptly the next day arrived with our new furnace and worked all day! Very professional. Not surprised they are na part of the wonderful Zeid family who is always giving back to the community.

  • March 30/2026. Found that our water heater was leaking and that it was still under warranty. Called Noris, as I've used them several times in the past for appliance/furnace work and they sent their tech Moe out to remove and replace the leaking water tank; which he did in a prompt and professional manner and their price was fair. Moe is a very friendly and personable tech who knows his stuff. I highly recommend Noris for all your heating/cooling/appliance needs.
