This review is to alert management to a serious safety issue. Today at 5:17 PM in Winnipeg South, a branded company van bypassed heavy rush hour traffic heading from Waverley onto Highway 100 by aggressively driving on the solid white shoulder line to the right. This impatient maneuver nearly caused a major accident, almost striking a motorcycle rider. This behaviour in a branded vehicle is a severe public safety hazard. I hope management investigates who was driving this route and takes corrective action.

Further to this post of a year ago, my 16 year old furnace quit and I had no air conditioning. Repair was not going to be cost effective. I received extremely prompt service from Joel, Craig, Andrew and Owen. Within 4 days of my initial call, I had a new furnace installed on 9 July 2026. The entire team was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest, personable, easy to deal with, and totally transparent. The install was very professional and the price very reasonable. I continue to highly recommend this company. Furnace malfunctioned late yesterday. Contacted Mr. Furnace. Reception was polite, professional, honest and upfront with possible problems/solutions, and availability of repair technician. Tech, Evan, arrived first thing this morning. He too was polite, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the malfunction(s). He was extremely honest with the information he provided. Repair costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Had them down to my place a couple times now to fix a couple things and they have always been great to work with, Craig and Joel were great ! highly recommend.

Whoever was driving CHS 407 needs their driving privileges revoked. They are a very dangerous driver on the highway putting other drivers in danger, with zero highway etiquette. I was entering the west bound perimeter from the north main clover exit. This driver had the entire left lane open but decided to stay on the right lane, leaving me no space. They had audacity to flip me off as i was over taking them from the left lane before they exited onto the Mcphillips exit.

My furnace thermostat was acting up last night after my son knocked it off the wall , the heat kept going up up up , I had to shut it off to cool down house & after a few times it ended up re setting but when I was initially broken I called them at 930pm on a Sunday night , they quickly got me a tech to come at 8am to fix it but by 4am it started working so at 7am I called to cancel and they were so nice and understanding , I would of paid a cancellation fee if needed as it was very last minute . 10/10 service

We had a furnace, a/c and water tank just installed 11/2022. Our furnace was old so it wasn't going to be an easy install. The installers came at 8:30 as scheduled. Very pleasant and professional young men both named Tyler. Tyler who worked on the furnace had to custom fit a lot of the pieces I would have to say he is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of his work. Tyler installed the a/c and helped with furnace. Mr Furnace is very lucky to have such great young Men representing the company.
