• Highly recommend! I had a plumbing issue that needed to be resolved quickly as part of a remodel and Behold got someone to my house within 2 hours. Kyle was fantastic, taking the time to really understand the situation, considered multiple options, thought ahead in my project to anticipate potential issues down the road, and fixed the issue quickly and effectively. • Chris, Nick, Ryan and Tristyn - I wanted to recognize all of these guys for the time they spent with me for a bathroom venting issue in our new build. They spent above and beyond the amount of time with me that I don’t think most in the trades would have given. From our initial consultation with Macy through the final installation visit with Dylan, everyone we worked with was professional, kind, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. We had a new heat pump, furnace, and hot water heater installed, so it was a fairly substantial project involving the sales team, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians. Every person who came to our home was friendly, respectful, and great to work with. As can happen with a project of this size, the installation teams ran into a few unforeseen issues along the way. What impressed us most was how they handled them. They took the time to troubleshoot the problems, came back as many times as necessary, and made sure everything was done correctly rather than taking shortcuts. Starting with a visit from Macy whose courtesy, professionalism and knowledge convinced me to cancel the two other appointments I had with other HVAC companies. Jon, Brandon and Hunter worked all day and constantly kept me apprised of the progress. Once they completed the work, they spent considerable time testing and making sure the unit functioned well for the particulars of my home, answering all my questions thoroughly and walking me through the operational and maintenance steps of the system. The electricians Chris and Nick completed that component quickly and efficiently and asnwered all my questions related to the electical part of the process. Our HVAC blower (squirrel cage) failed on Thursday evening, just before a weekend with temperatures expected to reach 102 degrees. After calling multiple HVAC companies and being told no one could come out until the following week, Behold was able to schedule Erfan Azimi to come out right away. Erfan quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary parts, and had our air conditioning back up and running before the weekend.
