When Robert came in and told me everything that little brothers would do for me and gave me an extremely competitive price for all the work I was asking to have done, I immediately cancel the other appointments. Anthony helped investigate my bathroom leak, and presented me with an affordable option and did the work faster and more efficient than I expected. He also recommended me signing up as a member to help service my HVAC when applicable. I highly recommend Bell Bros with their no surprise guarantee. Edit: Austin came to check on my AC that wasn't working. Simple fix and it was getting cold again. Very friendly and efficient. • "The No Surprise But Lies Guys" 10 years+ Premium Club monthly paying member. 2 years ago had to replace my HVAC unit as it failed. Wouldn't negotiate, knew I was in a pinch with a small family that has health issues. Fast forward to this week, need ducting and insulation. Had time to price around and get a quote from someone else, which they did match, but is $20,000 cheaper for DUCT WORK AND INSULATION ONLY". I overpaid $20,000 for the HVAC unit 2 years ago as a family not really able to afford that type of money. If I would have taken their word this time, would have overpaid a total of $40,000. Sad this is how they treat long time paying customers. No loyalty, liars and scammers. Beware.
