In many cases our customers received quotes to replace their Furnace or Air Conditioner for thousands of dollars! We won’t sell you anything you don’t need; and most times it can be repaired, saving families time and money.

• 10 out of 5 stars! My furnace stopped working and the Bing HVAC crew was able to come out quickly. They were so nice and it was clear they knew what they were doing. I have a Lennox and Bing is a premier partner which helped in the decision to choose them. The guys diagnosed the issue, sourced the parts, and made the repair. I was lucky they were able to do it all in the same day. Most places were in no rush to help, but Bing HVAC really came through. I also appreciated that they were clear with their appointment times and communicated well about when they could be there. Before leaving, the guys gave me some tips to keep the furnace running smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. They're going to be my first call for any other appliance calls.

• This company was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We had an issue where a screw punctured a copper coil for our AC, and leaked out all the freon. We called Bing and Kim was out the next day fixing it. There was clear communication the whole time and he did amazing work. Over the years we have dealt with several HVAC companies, but Bing surpassed them all. The owner takes pride in his work, and provides a friendly service. • Ken had helped me with my Air conditioner last summer and was able to find out what the problem was with my unit after I had already paid another company and the problem persisted. Come fall I needed a new furnace; I did extensive research and got about 5 quotes from other companies on various makes and models. I had wanted the Lennox Signature but felt the price was out of reach. Ken also recommended that unit as it is a superior variable stage flame, not just fan, and would save on energy, and had a competitive price. I trusted Ken as he had good knowledge of the Lennox models and installation as he also went to the Lennox program in USA. Others had recommended some changes in my install which were not needed. His team installed my Lennox Signature and had to move it over about 2 inches or less, I was worried about how it would look but can barley tell the installation looks great. Had the furnace for a few months now, it runs magnificently and is soo quiet and keeps the home a stable temperature with the multi stage flame. It may seem like ot runs a lot, but only in low stages. I have had reduced energy usage and cost compared to last year and am saving money. So happy I got this before our cold winter in Calgary this year. Thank you Ken and team!! I definitely recommend them and know who to call when I may need any service or maintenance.

• When Ken originally started he was very professional and reliable and went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, now that his business is grown, service quality isn't what it used to be. I recently reached out to him for a quote and he confirmed he's available for the job. First appointment and he never showed up. Then I called to reschedule and again he confirmed the appointment and again never showed. 3 appointments were made in total, 3 no shows and no notice of cancelations. I am very disappointed in having wasted 3 days waiting, and finally ended up getting a different repair man for the job.
