Everything was explained to us in detail. We are very happy with our new heat pump and will be contacting this company for any future needs.   • Excellent service from Blair Mechanical. My AC stopped working, and Tyler 1 drove from Peachland to South Kelowna at 5 p.m. to diagnose the problem. While he couldn’t fix it that evening, he was able to rule out my concern about a refrigerant leak. The next day, Tyler 2 diagnosed a defective sensor and found a compatible replacement when the correct part wasn’t in stock, getting my AC back up and running until the proper part arrived. Both Tylers went above and beyond. Professional, resourceful, and genuinely committed to helping. Highly recommended!

  • Our initial consultation was with Owen. We were already having problems with our furnace. We knew what the problem was and how to temporarily fix it, but we didn't know why it continued to happen. Owen was a great help in explaining it. We definitely needed a new furnace! Thankfully, after filling out the application with Owen's help, we qualified for a new furnace & a/c under the Clean BC program. Thank you, Owen. Today was the day we had our new heat pump & a/c system installed. Braden & Matteo were fantastic! They were courteous, hard-working, and pleasant to work with. They were great at sweeping up the mess when they were finished. Also good at explaining this new system to us once it was installed. We even enjoyed a few laughs with them. You need to keep these guys! Thank you Braden & Matteo. All 3 handled their jobs with a level of professionalism while being personable and friendly.

  • The water heater(Navien) was acting up, showing an error code. Called Blair. They disbatched a tech, came out rightaway. Did an inspection quoted the job and ordered parts. The install tech showed up a few days later with everthing and swapped in the new part. Great work. Thanks everyone at Blair.

Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, clean, efficient, courteous, and thorough—a skilled plumber who clearly takes pride in his work. He continued troubleshooting until he found and resolved the issue, fixing a few other problems in the process.. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Blair Mechanical and its exceptional team.   • Blair Plumbing Heating Air-conditioning & Electrical Should be proud of their Tech Stephen on every step of the installation of our new Heatpump System. Stephen was on time a very professional in every step of removal of old furnace and Air-conditioning unit. The installation of our new Heatpump system was professional,neat and within a few hours was chilly . This system is amazing. Very quiet and so much more efficient than the regular central air-conditioning system we were used to. The electritian was very professional and informative. Stephens work partner ( name escapes me) another professional employee. These two are a great team. You should be very proud!
