• Border Mechanical just completed work at our home installing a tankless, on-demand water system along with a new dual fuel furnace. From the very first interaction with Denver in sales, to the arrival of the plumbing and electrical team members, this team exemplified professionalism and demonstrated expertise. The team was highly communicative, contacting us each day prior to their arrival, were clean, tidy and very respectful while on site. They were generous to our two large breed dogs and put up with their demands for attention during the workday. Warren took time explaining rationale for placement of furnace pipes and ensured both the functionality and aesthetic of our new furnace set-up met our expectations. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. On the plumbing side, Josh C and Josh F did a remarkable job in a very tight space with the tankless system. They considered limiting factors associated with our older home prior to the installation and ultimately did a stellar job with the space available. We found them to be friendly, approachable and patient when addressing questions pertaining to our new water system. Cannot say enough good things about our interactions with this team. You are all experts in your field! Thank you. Lastly, we met Jeff on the last day of work and found him to be experienced and knowledgeable. • I am updating my review based on most recent encounter. I have a leaking hose bib; the Border plumber came out and refused to fix it, just looked for another source of the problem. Never fixed it. Next year I phoned to bring Border back and the back room guys were beyond abusive. One said "how do I know you didn't smash it with a sledge hammer". What the actual .... Don't use.

• May 14, 2026 For several years, we have received excellent services from Border. The latest occasion was on May 14, 2026 when Ryan H and Josh F installed a new central air conditioner. One of the things we really appreciate when dealing with Border is the quality of the information that is provided before, during and after the work is performed. As in the case of the new AC, we knew from the start what would be done, approximately how long it would take to do it and what kind of service would be provided in the event of a problem of any sort. This information was provided by Jeff C, our original contact in this case, who provided advice on the most suitable type of system for our needs. Thanks to Ryan and to Josh - both for their friendly demeanour and for their efficient and effective installation of the AC system. We are satisfied that our new Bryant AC will function without any problem for a long time in large part because of your work. Border is fortunate to have staff with your expertise and capabilities. Our thanks also to the front end staff like Stephanie B who schedules the work assignments and keeps clients fully informed. Jeff C. was accompanied by Aaryn R. whom he was training in furnace maintenance. We knew Aaryn from a few weeks previously when she carried out the servicing on our air conditioner very efficiently. Jeff explained the process to us thoroughly and resolved a minor issue with the humidifier as part of the service. As well, he recommended a new igniter as the current one had become corroded. They were able to install one immediately thus saving us the problem of replacing it, perhaps urgently, at a later date. Both Jeff and Arryn are very pleasant to deal with and are good communicators. Once again, quality of service was excellent and we will not hesitate to use Border services for all of our home maintenance requirements.
