• A few weeks ago, my hot water on-demand system began beeping and intermittently stopped producing hot water. I called First Klass Mechanical and, after explaining the issue, they sent a technician to my home the very next day. What we thought would be a simple service call turned out to be a full system failure that required replacement. Ezra, the owner, immediately took charge—he tracked down all the warranty details for my unit and ordered the replacement the same day. Once it arrived, I was booked in for a next-day installation. The technicians were incredibly polite, professional, and punctual, which I truly appreciated. They even followed up afterward to ensure everything was running smoothly and to schedule a service for next year. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. First Klass Mechanical made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I’ll absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing, heating, or HVAC services!

• Not enough stars for this company. My Hot Water heater went, called their emergency number at 6pm, new one installed by Noon the next day. Unreal. • Nice words with sluggish work progress about sums up their capability. A project which CE Plumbing (also located in Kelowna) was able to complete in five days took these guys three months to prep. "Honestly do not have time to cut concrete," was the answer I was given when asked for the anticipated completion date. Once everything was ready to go, my appointment was held to the last, it should not take three days to take a look at a project that has been pending for months, not to mention all the promises I was given. When I confronted the company, the man responsible questioned the scale of project (ie, not profitable enough). Only the regret is that I did not look for an alternative sooner, as I would have been able to open my business back in August. Best luck with the business, hope you guys either not take projects or hire more staffs. It would have been a lot easier if you guys told us no from the day 1. Again, CB Plumbing got it done within 5 days from the day I contacted them. Others perhaps would have taken weeks; however, NEVER MONTHS OF PREP. (Nothing even a single material was ordered at 2 months point, only know as I had to purchase the material after realizing nothing had been done) I do not know how else to emphasize the incapability of this company working a large residential projects and commerical ones.. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ If you have a deadline, and need a good input from plumbers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Your project will be halted for days, if not weeks, to hear from the plumber. Any other company in the valley will save you thousands of dollars and days of time. Best luck for all the start ups.
