• I needed a compressor replacement for an old R22 system and just wasn't financially able to make the jump to an entirely new system. Blue was able to appropriate a compatible compressor and get it swapped out in a timely fashion. I just wanted to express my deep gratitude to the two individuals Noel and Mark they sent out to do the replacement. I am what most people might call the naturally curious or nosy client. I like to know how things work. Noel and Mark were very patient and willing to provide answers. There were a host of small issues that arose during the process as one might expect from a 20+ year old system that wasn't properly maintained. But each issue that arose they fixed on the spot. Most importantly they took the time to answer my questions about how to become better at maintaining my system to prevent future issues. All said and done, I feel they went above and beyond the service I had grown used to, from the previous installer, in a professional and very understanding manner. Thank you to Noel and Mark for your patience and integrity, the world could use more people like yourselves.

• Blue Air Conditioning made a miracle happen for my family last night. My stepmom has been very ill, and we brought her home from the hospital last night to begin hospice care only to find that the A/C wasn't working and it was 87 degrees inside her house. This is a bad situation for anyone, but for her it was an immediate emergency. She was too fragile to move to a cooler location, and she had been waiting anxiously to be home for days. We called Blue AC because they are our regular service company at our home in midtown, and they responded quickly, with care and concern, and probably literally saved her life. Within a couple of hours, a technician came to her house on the far east side, identified the problem with the condenser, and replaced the damaged part. The temperature immediately started dropping, and she got to have her first night home in the comfort of her own bed. We have always appreciated Blue AC as a competent, reliable, affordable AC company, and now we know what an exceptional part of the Tucson community they are as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

• We had both our main unit and our mini split both go down at the same time. It was 100 degrees plus outside and needless to say my wife was HOT. We called Blue air and Donnie showed up way sooner than expected and after a trip to the 150 degree attic and a few trips onto the roof where the AC units are located we are back in business and the house is cool again. • We really want to support local businesses and we have been trying to find an AC company who’s not only efficient, experienced, and economical, but personable. Our AC went out the night before, we called in the morning and they had a tech out by the afternoon. Noel assessed our system and checked our filter. We have had techs from other companies in the past come out and they never checked our filters before. He checked to see not only if it needed to be changed but wanted to make sure we were using the right kind (we weren’t). He educated us on the style and type of filters we should be using to maximize airflow and ensure the longevity of our unit. He also gave us tips on affordable options and best places to get them.
