In February this year Jacob was called to check out the hvac system before the closing. He was thorough explained what concerns he had, that the contactor was going and would need replaced soon. We called last week and less than a week he was here replaced the contactor, came in checked air flow etc. He knows what he's doing, explained everything so we could understood what he was talking about!!!we will certainly call Jacob if we have any issues with the HVAC/heating system, he's great, Thanks Carol and Bonnie.

If I could give Copper State more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I recently had a large, corporate HVAC company out to inspect my system. They gave me an astronomical $2,400+ quote, claiming my refrigerant pressure switch was broken and that they would need to drain my coolant, braze in a new part, and recharge the entire system. I called Copper State for a second opinion and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Their technician was hands down the most honest and fair professional I have ever met. He actually took the time to properly diagnose the system instead of rushing to a high priced conclusion. Turns out, the pressure switch was completely fine, other company just hadn't waited long enough for the control board's error code to clear while testing it. Not only that but he showed me that the switch was a simple screw in part on a schrader valve that never required any brazing or line cutting to begin with. The actual culprit was just a bad capacitor. Copper State fixed the real issue quickly, charged me a completely fair price, and saved me thousands of dollars on a predatory repair I didn't need. This was the HVAC company with absolute integrity that won't scam me with corporate sales tactics I needed. there are still good people in this world, and I hope this review helps them out. They have earned my business for life!
