I've now used Done Rite for both an AC replacement and plumbing work, and they've been excellent every time. They replaced my AC system last year and did a fantastic job. Their office staff is always helpful, responsive, and courteous. Most recently, their plumbing technician showed up on time, was very professional, and worked hard to make sure everything was completed correctly. The pricing was transparent and fair. It's refreshing to find a company that consistently delivers such great service in both HVAC and plumbing!

Todd and Dustin were absolutely AMAZING to work with! They were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and so easy to talk to throughout the entire home inspection. They really took their time going through every part of the house and made sure nothing was overlooked or rushed. They didn’t just point something out and move on, they took the time to help us understand what they were seeing, why it mattered, and what we should know moving forward. The final report was also extremely detailed, easy to understand, and gave us so much useful information to help us make an informed decision about our home. Nice to see Carlos again. He performed some minor repairs for me 2 years ago on the A/C. This time, my 25-year-old system has broken down and need new combination AC and Heater. He trouble shooted the system and then gave me options. A new system is the way to go with a new energy efficient system, Done Rite will install a new system for me this week. Great to know that I was able to schedule Carlos on the holiday weekend on the phone at 6:30AM calling Done Rite Saturday morning.

Robert and his team were great. They communicated with us every step of the way, they worked hard for several hours troubleshooting a problem with our air-conditioning unit and then gave us a timeline of exactly when the new part would arrive. After all their work they cleaned up their mess before leaving. They were both very friendly and polite. We would definitely use them again.

I needed to have an AC system installed and got 5 estimates. Kasey came out to do the estimate for Done Rite and was the reason I chose this company. He really knew his stuff and was a real nice guy. The estimate was in my hands promptly and was also the best price. Omar did the installation and was extremely thorough, did a great job in a short time frame.
