• Such a bummer, I was referred to this company as my family had great service numerous times through them. I called on Tuesday and was told I would receive a call back. I didnt. I should have just moved on but I called back the next day and was able to schedule a service call. I was upfront that we wanted a brand new system and I was highly motivated, just needed a quote. • A very confused company. They don’t keep good records of maintenance and are often confused about schedules, if you have paid, not paid or unsure what work has been carried out. On top that they perform repairs without authorisation. I switched to another company. Updated, Oct 23 Just case in point. They say they will look into issues and we have heard absolutely nothing since I posted this review. An unresponsive, unreliable and confused company!
