Very helpful and courteous young man.

My A/C broke down during my vacation and Russett was able to send a technician for a diagnostic the same day. Kevin Estrella is knowledgeable and informative and gave me a few choices based on the diagnosis of the unit. Dominic then reached out to me and is loaning me a portable unit for my bedroom so I can get home with my cats and be cool until the Monday instalation. These people know what an emergency looks like in an Arizona summer and rose to the occasion and went over and above what's expected. I am so grateful to Kevin Estrella and Dominic for their compassion and empathy. Great work. Now let's get the unit in and I'll follow up with another review for post- install.

The technician (Guilermo) quickly identified the likely problem and recommended a solution. He also said that if this did not remedy the problem we needed to look for a leak. This was my first experience with russet southwest , and I felt that they are a good, honest, and reasonably priced company.

Do not buy an AC unit from Russett. Multiple complete failures and operational issues over 3 years from a brand new 13k unit. Poor quality and 0 accountability from the company. I’m $1500 in the last 3 weeks from maintenance fees, parts not covered by warranty, alternate accommodations, and missed work from waiting for 5 visits during that time frame. And so Russett knows, I never had a problem with the technicians so don’t place blame on your employees for this review, it’s all on your poor management. Go with Good Fellas for maintenance, avoid Lennox and Russet for a new AC unit.
