• I am one happy Smart Choice customer! The fan seized up in my ac unit. Lamberto and Angel were the technicians, or should I say the saviors, who came to rescue me from the heat! Lamberto’s troubleshooting skills are superb, he determined it was a failed capacitor right away. In addition, he discovered the fan motor was shot. They had both parts on their truck! They took the whole unit apart and performed a deep clean, from top to bottom, inside and out. I’ve included a couple of before and after shots, remarkable difference. I couldn’t believe the shot with the sparkling clean inside metal bottom! They were both very professional and friendly, explaining everything they were doing, in layman’s terms. I am up and running, a job well done! I highly recommend Smart Choice Heating & Cooling, Inc!

• I have had smart choice out 5 times in the last month because they keep not fixing the issue, and now they’re making me wait 4 days in 90 degree heat for them to come back out. The first time inside the home was 90 degrees but they said there was no failure and keep arguing with me about it saying that nothing was wrong when it was literally 90 degrees inside. When they came back out a day later they did have to make a repair so clearly something was wrong. Then as soon as they left the ac stopped working again because the thermostat wasn’t working so they went back to fix it. A couple weeks later, ac stops working again they come out and do something, now two days later it’s stopped working again and they’re saying I have to wait 4 days for them to come out. I’m not sure what type of work they’re doing for it to break immediately after or a few days later but this is ridiculous.

• I got home from work yesterday evening and discovered that my A/C was not cooling my house properly. My thermostat was set to 78 but the temperature in my house was 86 degrees! I contacted Smart Choice and was able to schedule an appointment for early this morning. Eros and Gabe arrived on time. They introduced themselves, asked me a few questions about the issue I am having with my A/C and then immediately got to work. Within minutes Eros identified an issue with the wiring of my thermostat which he fixed right away. After going onto my rooftop to inspect my A/C unit, they found that the capacitor needed to be replaced. Within minutes, they had a cost estimate for me and let me know that they had the part with them and could install it today. Of course, I said yes! About 15 minutes later, my A/C was working properly again. I’m so grateful to Eros and Gabe for showing up on time, for working quickly and efficiently, and for making my home feel cool and comfortable again. They were super friendly, professional, and got the job done! If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Smart Choice!
