  • I am very pleased with the service I received today. The plumbing specialist named Miguel was on time and did a thorough job on checking my home system. He also drained my water heater so as to get rid of the sediments inside the unit. I also appreciated that he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He also checked on the shut off valve and water pressure regulator and made some good recommendations. He also showed me how to shut off the water to the house at my meter box. That was very helpful as I had never opened the unit before. Very professional and personable. I asked many questions during the appointment and Miguel answered them all patiently and clearly.
