On June 18, Desert Husky and Kevin Marin installed a new HVAC system and “cleaned” my ducts after I did some remodeling in my home. After cleaning dust off of my furniture several times I went to change my air filter, but could not find the access panel. I reached out to Kevin and he told me he thought it was inside the main unit in my mechanical closet. After removing three stripped out screws from the cover, I opened the unit to find that it had been installed improperly and there was lots of dirt and debris inside and surrounding the unit. The air filter was just stuffed inside and crumpled. It only covered a portion of the return air duct. There was no housing to hold it. I texted Kevin on July 8th and he told me he would come out today, July 14, 6 days later to discuss it. I have yet to hear back from him. As a real estate professional for 30+ years, I’ve had several hundred HVAC systems replaced for my own properties and for my clients. I can safely say this was the worst installation and the poorest customer service I’ve experienced in Tucson.

I been trying to post a review since a long time ago but it is really hard to express everything that his been done for me . My words are short from flying on a plane for the first time on my life to get trained to get better to eat lentils in an empty cabinet . I remember Kevin feeding me with pure lentils on water on salt because that’s all we had on a cabinet . I will never have words to said I love you brother . I called Rite Way to fix my AC problem. They were here for four days, charged me $3000 for a part I didn’t need, and the AC still didn’t work. Then they wanted to try again.
