I've been using Cool Willy's for a number of years for semi-annual maintenance and have always found them to be excellent. My two units are over 20 years old, and they've been warning me that various parts are close to failure. A month ago, their tech (I wish I had his name) came to me with a laundry list of problems that required fixing. After a long discussion that included his manager, I decided to put in new systems. The cost wasn't that much higher than all the current problems. Two days later, Noah, Ramon, Matt, and Kevin showed up and installed both units in one day. They were professional, friendly, and very careful about keeping doors closed so my cats couldn't escape, LOL. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, including taking some junk in my back yard that had nothing to do with the HVAC systems. Two weeks later, the unit that cools my bedroom stopped cooling. I called them, and they promised to send someone that day to repair it. I expect problems to arise, but I also then expect people to be responsive. I couldn't ask for a better response. This is a first-class outfit. Oct 2026: The AC on one side of the house was barely working, so I called and Noah (again) came by the next day. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. During our discussions, I mentioned some plumbing issues and he called and had a plumber out here within a couple of days. From the folks who answer the phone to the people coming to the house, this remains an exceptional company.

John and Lizzy were amazing! Lizzy made the scheduling process smooth and accommodated all of my requests. John came out and found the issue within 10 minutes. He’s a plumber who was even able to identify the source of a roofing-related problem, which pleasantly surprised us. They were both professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Zevin & John both did a great job. They explained everything they did & both men were very respectful. It was recommended I purchase an air purifier that self cleans. It was also recommended last year when I had my heater serviced for $900.00 which I declined. This year the purchase was $1400.00 which is quite a rate hike.

It doesn't matter who Cool Willys send for maintenance--all are a perfect 10! Ethan came today for our semi- annual HVAC check up. The techs - Jareth and Will- went above and beyond. Very helpful, sense of humor and extremely knowledgeable. Also Noah Manne did the annual check on our refrigeration units. He was very professional, very pleasant and described everything he observed on Our units Beau was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have at our home. Figured out the issue quickly and fixed it. DJ was also very personable and knowledgeable. Always so pleased to have a technician from Cool Willys come to our house. This was for our annual water heater flush.
