Brady was absolutely awesome with the routine furnace maintenance today! He was incredibly friendly, incredibly thoughtful, and had every intention to do the best job he possibly could, which he did! Talking to Brady was like talking to an old buddy I hadn't seen for a while. Brady is a good man with a good heart! You can be sure I will always welcome Brady for any of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend Brady to anyone else in need of services. I hope that Brady will be compensated to the max, because he earns every dollar! Thank you Brady! Riley and John came out for maintenance today. They both did a great job. Awesome guys and super friendly! They were both very knowledgeable! They gave me a rose and a game ticket. Riley asked me out for dinner, but my girlfriend got upset. I'm going to have to take my girlfriend and Riley both out to dinner now to bury the hatchet. Oh well, all wounds heal with time. Thanks though. Roger did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable and hardworking. I would be happy to receive HVAC services from him again in the future. Thank you, Roger!

Alma was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered questions to my greatest satisfaction. He also, stayed and finished the work at the same time. After having a couple of less than optimal HVAC/Plumbing experiences lately, it was refreshing to have an honest, fair plumber take care of my concerns. If there were more stars than 5, Alma with Blue Best plumbing would deserve every one of them. I could not recommend him higher. I have since had an experience with their HVAC tech, Carson. I give him the same 5 plus review I gave Alma. Couldn’t have been more pleased. You have another loyal customer.

Today Ned with Blue Best stopped by to do spring check-up on furnace and heat pump they installed about a year ago. Nicest guy! He spent about an hour checking everything - he didn’t rush through, worked the whole time. We have worked with Blue Best a few times and absolutely love this company. In an era of absolutely terrible customer service, blue best exceeds every expectation for exceptional customer service! Communicaton was excellent - text and phone call updates, call their number and you get to talk immediately to a person (rare these days), and easy scheduling. Marty, the sales manager, is very knowledgeable, and their installation team is hard working, professional, and personable. Updating an 85 year old home was not easy but they made sure everything was installed correctly and our satisfaction was paramount.

Wonderful experience. Carson was friendly and helpful. Took care of the problem that day and made sure I understood exactly what I needed. Blue Best was amazing! We recently found out that our A/C unit was too large for our house and kept freezing. This resulted in our main floor never getting cool and we were basically living in the basement in the summer. Blue Best came and updated our old furnace to a high efficiency furnace, replaced the A/C with a new efficient heat pump, and also added a supply to the upstairs where vents were limited. Marty was great and provided us with a reasonable quote and they quickly got us scheduled for replacement in a week. The technicians, Kyler and Brady, were wonderful. They worked efficiently and kept us up to date every step of the way. Tami and Annette were both great with getting our rebates and permits submitted and were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Everyone there made a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I highly recommend their services and will go to them first with anything else I need in the future.
