This team was so great. They came out gave us a quote answered all our questions! They were able to get our hvac in within a few days and only took them 6 hrs to get it changed. They were very friendly and honest. Fair prices comparable with other quotes we got.

Ellie was such a breath of fresh air! I was struggling with my central air. It just was running all day long without really cooling my house. I was hesitant about having someone come in because I had no idea how much it was gonna cost. Ellie went above and beyond and tried to help me troubleshoot it even before coming out. She gave me all of this education and didn’t even ask for a dime. We ended up needing to replace something but I already knew she was going to give me fair pricing based on how great she was with me from the beginning. The AC unit installed in my home was not what was quoted and then told me it was my problem. Ellie was very difficult to work with. They installed several sensors on my AC incorrectly along with the wrong wire sizes according to subsequent contractors review. When i asked them to come fix it they told me all the reasons their install is my fault and not theirs. Estimated cost to repair their work is around $10,000.

I called Extraordin-Aire the week before the 4th of July for a general HVAC checkup, on a recommendation from my brother. Ellie and I set a Thursday visit the following week, to be confirmed closer to the date. That confirmation never came, and no one showed up or called. I followed up on July 16. Ellie apologized, said she'd forgotten but still wanted to come out, and would call back to reschedule. That call never came. I reached out again on July 22, and we set a new appointment for Tuesday, July 28, 8-11 am. I rearranged my day and got text reminders confirming it. No one showed or called during the time window. When I called at 1 pm, Ellie apologized again, said she was at the supply house but that she could come right away, and offered the visit for free. No call came. I tried calling two more times that afternoon, as well as sending a text, all of which went unanswered.

My system was almost 30 years old and I knew it needed replacing. I had been procrastinating replacing my furnace and A/C system for quite some time due to the cost being a small fortune. I was planning on upwards of $12,000! I saw a local Facebook post about HVAC companies and I called Extraordin-Aire, as they came highly recommended. That was the best decision I have made in a very long time! Ellie and Scott Crozier came to my home to give me an estimate and boy was that a life changing experience! They made me feel like we had been lifelong friends! Ellie walked me through the entire process of replacement providing key points about what I did and did not need for my home. We discussed several makes and models of equipment, some of which Ellie would not recommend for my needs. I was throughly impressed with the knowledge that Ellie has in the business. They were completely transparent, honest and upfront with the specifications my home required and did not attempt to force additional components or equipment that would be unnecessary expenses. I knew from that first meeting that Extraordin-Aire was the company for me, but I did as Ellie requested, I got additional quotes from a couple of other companies. Needless to say, those additional quotes were a waste of my time and theirs. In less than two weeks from my initial meeting with Ellie, my new furnace and A/C unit were installed. The installers were timely and efficient, having the job done in less than 6 hours (we had alotted for 8 hour install). Cody and Dan (installers) were very professional, polite and extremely helpful in explaining how my new system functioned. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!!! The added bonus is that Ellie was able to get me a brand new system for less than I had anticipated! Amazing lady, amazing workers and amazing company that I will HIGHLY recommend to everyone I know that needs heating and air issues resolved!!! Definitely a five star company and five star people!!!
