My A/C needed some work again, they came promptly and solved my problems quickly and professionally! 10/7/24: I had some more issues and concerns related to some questionable decisions by the builder and Paul and Omar came out and fixed everything. I couldn’t ask for better service. 8/17/26: Mike came and resolved a minor condensation issue and recharged my system. He was very informative and helpful. I’m always pleased with the service provided from High Country!

I got a new system installed just as the heat wave rolled on. The AC was not keeping up with the heat and would climb up each day. JC and team stuck with it and tried different things trying to improve the system. Ultimately they brought a Lennox rep on site to diagnose the issue and Lennox stood behind their product and they replaced the AC. Everything has worked great since. Well, it finally happened, my air-conditioning unit froze over. I contacted High Country HVAC and they sent a tech out the next day who evaluated the problem and explained the options to me. He made the repair we decided on and had the system up and running in no time. I wish I could remember the tech’s name, he was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
