• My experience with Michelle was frustrating due to unprofessional communication and a pattern of overpromising on things. She repeatedly described the project as “free,” which is misleading. Nothing about this process is actually free. The homeowner is still responsible for the cost, and the rebate simply offsets part of it. The rebate technically belongs to the customer, and the company is only assisting with the application on the customer’s behalf. Marketing it as “free” creates unrealistic expectations and unnecessary confusion. Companies should be transparent and communicate honestly with customers rather than making claims that don’t reflect the reality of the process.

• Now that I see everyone has had same experience with Michelle, I stopped by about a little over a year ago looking for a split unit. She was going on and on about applying me and my family for a rebate. We ended up installing with this company and Michelle mentioned that she would install an additional unit free of charge. I’m stilling waiting for the unit to this day and was told that if I wanted an extra unit I have to pay for the installation fee. Ridiculous.

• Had them come out for a mini split estimate. They came and never heard from them for almost 2 weeks. When I called to inquire the first time, they said they would call the man who came to my house and have him call me with the estimate. No one ever called. I called back the next day and they didn't know who went to my house and asked me who it was (clearly they are subcontracting this work) they still couldn't provide me an estimate and thought I was calling to schedule an appointment to look at my house. Also, when I first called I told them that I would like Mitsubishi units. The person on the phone said they don't sell them (even though their awning on building says they sell Mitsubishi) after I told her that her awning says different, she had to ask someone else if they did or not. Unprofessional and unorganized!
