My shower recently broke in my apartment. Boston Budget was quick to come and look but couldn't fix it on the same day. They came back first thing the next day and fixed it with no issues. Parisse was respectful and fast to get the job done. He left everything better and cleaner than it was before. Super nice guy and really amazing company! Chris Dang put in a water heater and tuned up my parent’s gas heater. He was extremely professional, kept us up to date on the progress of the job, and gave us accurate estimates. He was doing a plumbing job for another condo owner and found a leak in heater and came to speak with us about it. He was A+ and you’re lucky to have him as an associate. Do not trust this company. In my experience, they do not work in the best interest of their customers. Instead, they seem to take advantage of urgent situations and every opportunity to increase prices and add excessive charges. When you urgently need a problem fixed, you should be able to trust the company you hire. Unfortunately, I felt this company used the urgency of the situation to justify unreasonable charges. I will never use this company again, and I strongly do not recommend them to anyone. I also believe the Better Business Bureau should take a closer look at their pricing and charging practices.

Connor and Justin did a fantastic job! They were on time and spent 5 hours with us. They installed new bathroom faucets in both of our bathrooms. And the big project was installing a new shower control in my bathroom. It involved making a removable panel, moving our dryer, etc and wasn't easy. They had a great attitude and never complained.

This is now my 4th and 5th call to this company and I will keep calling and working with them too! They are very responsive, polite, transparent regarding the work and fees being charged, they do their best to work with you and take time to understand your concerns offering options when possible to achieve the best outcome for both the situation and your pockets! Oh and their work! They did a complete shower valve replacement and had to cut into a bedroom closet for access...you would NEVER know they did anything at all because the area was cleaned and repaired perfectly last time! This week I called for a boiler check at one house and the following day an urgent call to repair/replace the kitchen sink pipes. These guys are amazing and I intend on working with them for the long run.

This is the second time we've used Boston Budget to work on boiler repairs and maintenance. Parisse was terrific and very professional. He helped diagnose a potential problem with our boiler configuration that previous other companies had not been able to do. It was a pleasant surprise since he was here to replace our outdated expansion tank and noticed potential configuration issue while we were simply chatting about the work. It was great that he went above and beyond to give us some advice. He was friendly, listened well, and explained complex boiler configuration and operational things very clearly. The Boston budget team is well trained, particularly in boilers and it shows. It was a pleasure having him here and we will continue to use Boston Budget.

Mike from Boston Budget did a terrific job. Mike was on time and professional. He was able to identify the problem quickly. As it turned out I needed a drain clog repairman not a plumber but Mike was still able to fix my problem at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and use again!

Parisse arrived quickly and identified a main water line clog that was causing water to back up into our basement shower. It was in a difficult spot as the building was old but made sure that the clog was found and cleared. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and that there was no mess from the work. I would strongly recommend for any difficult plumbing issues.

To be honest, I was actually dreading the service visit having had such poor encounters in the past with OTHER companies. But that dread soon dissipated. For starters…when Andrew and Devon arrived, they shook my hand with a calm professional presence and slipped booties over their shoes when entering. I then knew that I’d made the right choice with Boston Budget! They explained everything that they were going to do to assess the system beforehand and then gave me all the related costs upfront so that I could make an educated decision on what I wanted done that visit. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and my AC is working fine now! But even more impressive, they discussed the potential issues that might arise in time based on the age of my system! As a primary care Pediatrician, I know what anticipatory guidance looks like! For reasonably priced and exceptional service, I highly recommend Boston Budget for your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Parisse and apprentice Justin did a fantastic job with our water leak. They arrived on time, were polite and explained everything as they went. The used tarps to keep the house clean and did naan amazing job cleaning up. When they encountered more problems outside the initial estimate they showed us the additional damage and came up with a plan on the spot.
