This company was wonderful! It is so hard to find a good AC company that is reliable/has availability during the summer months. Our entire process from start to finish took maybe two weeks. All other companies almost laughed at me over the phone when I said I needed service ASAP. Plus the guys that came to install our new mini-split were awesome. Vlad from Boston Comfort Systems performed an amazing job. I had a spigot that kept freezing over the winter. Vlad was able to replace the spigot and valves even though the water closet was a tiny space. As a first time homeowner, it’s been very difficult to find reliable and professional contractors. Vlad did a fantastic job from start to finish, explaining what was needed, setting expectations, and powering through unforeseen challenges. He went above and beyond to fix an additional minor (to him) issue with my fridge ice maker.
