  • Bronco came thru again for us. It was Friday and we had a bad leak under our kitchen sink I could not fix. I didn't think we would be able to get service fairly late on Friday but they worked us in and as usual did a great job. Thankyou Bronco for saving our weekend.

  • Plumbing job completed by professional crew , well done .

  • Ryan and Mac were great! They were friendly. They went over the quote to ensure I knew what work they would be completing. They had to crawl around in some mud and did so without complaining. Once the work was done they showed me what they did explaining the steps and ensuring I knew how to drain the water line. They made sure I didn’t have any questions and informed me on the one year warranty. Will definitely use Bronco for any future needs. Highly recommended. Update: After a long year the renovations in the basement are completed and Bronco was the final piece to the puzzle and they DID NOT disappoint! From Cam, Cole, Ryan and others the services was unbelievable. After delays and delays they never pressured, they were always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. I kept adding additional tasks to their list of things to do and they never complained. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

  • Bronco came out to replace the control valve on our water heater. Immediately after the installation, I noticed a gas smell and contacted them to come back and inspect it. They returned but said they couldn’t find any issue. Over the next month, I continued smelling gas, so I eventually called SaskEnergy. As soon as they tested the water heater, they found a gas leak coming from the outlet-side connection on the newly installed gas control valve assembly. The fitting nut was so loose it could be turned by hand. This whole situation was extremely concerning and incredibly disappointing. ______________________________________ Response: Let me be 100% clear: this is not an "assessment." It is a statement of events. 1. We called your company because our water heater had stopped working. 2. Your technician attended and determined the issue was a faulty gas control valve. 3. We authorized replacement of that valve. 4. Your company proceeded with the work. 5. I noticed a gas smell almost immediately afterward and contacted your company the next day to report it. 6. The same technician returned, tested the system, and stated that no issue could be found. 7. I continued to occasionally notice the smell afterward, but after your technician found no issue, I assumed I may have been mistaken or simply overly sensitive to it. 8. Approximately one month later, the gas smell became strong enough that it was detected not only by me, but by other family members on the floor above as well. 9. SaskEnergy was called. 10. SaskEnergy tested the incoming lines and system components. Initially, no issue was found. 11. I asked whether the water heater had actually been run during testing. It had not. 12. Immediately after the water heater was operated, SaskEnergy detected a gas leak and determined it was occurring on the outlet side of the valve assembly. 13. The technician then observed that the outlet-side connection was loose and tightened it. 14. The gas smell and leak issue did not recur afterward. The connection in question is located at the bottom of the valve assembly, as shown in the attached image. Those are the events as they occurred. The concern here is that a gas smell was reported immediately following installation, the issue was not identified during the return visit, and the leak was later identified by SaskEnergy once the unit was fully tested under operating conditions.
