Had a great experience. Dave and Jay were extremely professional. They worked from late afternoon to mid evening during a seriously humid day to make sure my new system was installed before a massive heat wave started. I highly recommend them!

Manny and team are great! My a/c went out on a 98 degree day and they squeezed me in same day. Manny was very communicative about when he would arrive. They fixed the problem in less than half an hour and it's working great now. Definitely recommend them if you need prompt, professional service.

I can’t say enough about the positive experience I have had with C3. Melvin (truly a kind soul!) has helped guide me through installing 3 different units in my home- and all have been challenging. He listened very well, was thorough, and helped me get exactly what worked with our older home and our needs. Jennifer and the folks who did the installation and maintenance have also been first rate professionals who we are happy to welcome in our home. I highly recommend working with this company.

I’m disappointed to say that my most recent experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I previously left a very positive review based on a great experience a couple of years ago, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I initially called because of an unusually high electric bill. During the first visit, I was told that once a $750 part was replaced, my system would likely operate more efficiently. However, after the repair, the system did not improve, so I had to schedule a second visit. During that appointment, I was told that nothing was wrong. When the problem persisted, I scheduled a third visit, at which point I was informed that there actually was an issue and that it should have been identified during the first service call. I was also told that someone would follow up with me by the end of the day to discuss what could be done to address the situation. Unfortunately, I never received that follow-up call and instead only received an unexpectedly high invoice to my email. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, especially considering the positive service I received from the company in the past. I shared this experience with the company and no response so I guess they don't care.

I had an awesome experience with C3 and highly recommend them. Tyler M. and Morgan, were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. I was really impressed by how careful they were and they even wore foot protectors! which shows a lot of respect for the home/owners! They were very diligent and detailed, taking the time to explain exactly what they were seeing and providing helpful information about the specific brands I have in my house. It’s rare to find technicians who are that transparent and thorough. I’ve seen some other reviews mentioning that the price is on the higher side, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. The quality of their work and the warranty they provide for repairs offer a level of peace of mind. If you want high-quality work that lasts and a team you can trust to keep your home safe, I would definitely select them! That is what I will be doing! Also shout out Jennifer! She is the best!

Ben with C3 came out because of what I thought was an HVAC duct condensation issue seeping into a first floor ceiling. Ben identified that it wasn’t hvac related, and guided me through the attic and outside the house to help identify where the issue may be stemming from, which has me headed in the right direction for the next steps. Would definitely recommend C3!

When I first called C3 when the system in my current house stopped cooling, their tech was out that same day to diagnose/troubleshoot. It ended up being a leak in the indoor coil (found/determined by both Dye injection and a freon detector tool) and they had it replaced the next day. In the most recent service call on this aging system, they came out the next day and fixed that issue in a couple of hours. Both times, it was evident the techs were extremely knowledgeable, and as importantly; honest. I worked for my fathers Heating and Air company in my teens in the 80's with the crews doing installs/service but at this point in life, I just don't have the tools (or the current certs/licenses/etc) to do much of my own service. While I may not be totally current on the new refrigerants/etc, I am absolutely still versed in basic HVAC servicing/theory/etc. While my knowledge is a little dated, basic HVAC theory hasn't changed much in the last 30+ years and having that knowledge has both helped to avoid some other shady companies and just as valuable, appreciate the good folks that I've dealt with at C3.

I switched to using C3 Heating and Air in 2021 and they've been servicing my two heating and air units since. Back in 2021 they installed a new heating and air unit by Amana. They have been fantastic for the past 4 years with semi-annual tuneups and a few semi-emergency fixes for the older units (always fixing it quickly rather than pushing a new unit on me). I recently had a lightning strike take out the control board on the newer unit (that I purchased through them) and they replaced the board under warranty. I recommend them very highly!
