Great, great, great. I can't say enough about the work these guys did. Our one unit died and within a couple days we had our whole HVAC system replaced. The last time we had an AC issue it was weeks with another provider to just get a repair. Great pricing, fast and friendly service. If you need any HVAC work you'd be foolish to go with anyone else.

We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced by ThermaCool, and the experience from start to finish was first-class. Out of all the quotes we received, ThermaCool offered the most competitive price, coming in at under $10,000 for a complete system replacement. During testing, the initial high-efficiency Trane outdoor compressor unit unfortunately turned out to be defective on a very hot day. Instead of leaving us in the heat, Eric and the ThermaCool team immediately stepped up and provided hotel accommodations for my family for the night. They secured a brand-new replacement unit from Trane the very next day, and to ensure zero risk to the system, they even replaced the inside evaporator unit as well, making sure everything was thoroughly tested. They also went above and beyond in other ways: when they accidentally left our downstairs refrigerator unplugged resulting in about $100 worth of spoiled groceries, Eric immediately wrote us a check to cover it. Additionally, they replaced a defective smoke alarm with a combo smoke and carbon monoxide alarm completely free of charge to ensure safety with our new high-efficiency natural gas heating system. The new system is running wonderfully—it is noticeably quieter and cools our upstairs area much better than our old setup. Eric and his team at ThermaCool run a top-tier organization, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing service, On-time with both visits, quick and knowledgeable diagnosis, three custom options when a replacement to our 26 year-old HVAC was recommended. Very reasonable rates and all of the estimates were well within the average cost range. Sending a photo of the person making the service call and wearing protective shoe covers in the house were great for safety and respect of the house.

I saw the sign that was on the I-95 and I called them, they fixed the heating, I recommend thermacool, if you look at the sign, save the number, you never know when you will need it. I had previously hired others about the heating problem, but they didn't fix it. But thermacool fixed it, they are experts, kind and honest, they explain the problem to you and good price
