YCHC is a father and son owned company established in 2017. Although our company is relatively new, right away we earned the Angie's List 2017 and 2018 super service award; and then again in 2019. Competing with much larger and older companies. This is due to a work ethic and philosophy that says "good enough"...isn't good enough. Our service is guided by decades of accumulated knowledge and experience, as well as an unwavering commitment to integrity and fair dealing in everything we do.

Rakim and his son performed routine maintenance and cleaning on my heat pump system to prepare it for the summer. they did a very thorough job of cleaning the condenser coils, the condensate drain system and installing a new air circulation filter. They also checked all of the operating parameters for proper performance. Rakim was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during all aspects of the job. His overall performance was outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone needing work on their HVAC system.

Awful! Told me I was low on refrigerant, I showed him receipt of refrigerant added 01/29/2025. He could not tell me why my unit was low because his leak detection machine was in the shop. He thought he was going to get more money from me for a second trip. My home warranty company sent him. Be aware!

YCHC is very professional and knowledgeable, Five stars! They have serviced my heat pump throughout the years. I have them do all of my HVAC work. My recent home upgrade was replacing thermostat to include a WIFI thermostat. The system is very convenient, no need to keeping going downstairs to check the temps. I can control temperature through the phone. The family is throughly enjoying it, thanks to YCHC.
