We at Can-Am are compiled of a group of hard working individuals that go the “Extra Mile”, when it comes to servicing or installing your HVAC-R systems. Can-Am A/C was founded in 1988 and continues to experience rapid growth, driven primarily by our outstanding reputation for the quality of work and our amazing team. We are happy to provide repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance to any heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration system. We work and install in both residential and commercial applications. We are fully certified Red Seal HVAC technicians working along BC Hydro and Fortis to provide rebates for the appropriate candidates.

• Jesse and his team are the only ones I trust to service the geothermal heat pump in our home. The machine we got is (regrettably) high maintenance and finicky, but Jesse spent the time to get to know the machine, gather the data he needed from all the error messages, and actually solve the problem after months of failed attempts by other companies. • They sent a tech who did know not the difference between ERV and Heat Pump. You can imagine the value we got out of that, of course the issue is still not fixed. Another company that shrugs their shoulders at anything beyond changing a filter. Definitely do not recommend if you are looking for a tech who can investigate or fix something you can't fix yourself.

• I thought these guys were different but unfortunately it’s the same incompetence you’ll find at the rest of the Vancouver HVAC specialists. The technician they sent didn’t know what an ERV was or that it doesn’t have a condensate pipe or pump, couldn’t diagnose a simple issue and was constantly complaining that they have another job to get to that’s urgent after being on-site for 30min. Overpriced and disappointing, look elsewhere.

• The furnace in my new home was not working when we took possession about 5 years ago. After hiring several companies to fix it, nobody could figure out was wrong. My friend referred me to Jesse at Can Am. My friend is a plumber and has worked with Jesse on some big projects and was impressed by his work. Jesse came by and determined the problem immediately and fixed it. This fall we decided to replace the furnace which was complicated because our house is old and the existing venting system was not compliant with the new high efficiency furnaces. Jesse spent alot of time with me & my husband discussing heating system options and figured out the least invasive way to install the new venting. He also recommended a new furnace/heat pump system that has already saved us a ton of money on our gas bill. I was so impressed with the expertise and professionalism of Jesse and his crew (especially James). They always showed up on time, kept the work areas very clean, answered all of my questions, helped me with the rebate process and knew everything about the new system. The service I received from Can Am was exceptional and above and beyond my expectations. Not only are they experts in their field but they are some of the most trustworthy and hardworking people I have ever hired to do work at my home. It is difficult these days to find people with the expertise, helpful attitude and great work ethic that these guys have. I highly recommend Can Am.
