• SUCKS………..This company has made mistakes in the past with me you let go give chance…..and they kept the momentum going. So you try again, now 4 times was not a charm , reached out AI takes the call.repeats issues back to me & inputs it wrong. Tech calls me I correctly Informed him of the issue. I stated someone was out earlier in the day and stated that it was a bulb problem. I replaced the 2 more bulbs. He stated the previous 2 that i bought one was bad out the box .not sure if he flipped the switch.would think it would’ve came on because the one bulb came on for me. I replaced two new bulbs. One flickers goes out the other one eventually stays on long enough brightens up while the other one is out/dims . They’re supposed to come back out your arrange your schedule to be here when the technician calls you the work order reads something else he doesn’t do that kind of work try and get somebody else out there to you. Of course it’s late evening and you have to rearrange your schedule for the next day and that’s not possible when you work for a living. It always seems to be something with these guys with American air and heat the last time two technician showed up no call or nothing. They just rung my doorbell and I happen to be home. Of course you’re glad to see them but people need to communicate. AI is great if someone is overseeing it.DONE
