I had a great experience with Brett and Chris from Caprock Services( heating and air).They replaced my blower motor and capacitor, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were honest, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. I called a lot of other companies but I felt their pricing was very fair and reasonable, which gave me confidence that I was working with a trustworthy company. Because of the excellent service they provided, I decided to sign up for their yearly preventive maintenance plan. They will come out twice a year (summer&winter time) to inspect and maintain my HVAC system, and I really appreciated that they even offered a payment plan for the membership. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that is honest, professional, and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Caprock Services. Thank you both Chris & Brett for the outstanding service.
