• New to the area and have been searching for an AC company to look at our RV AC unit. We were hopeful when they let us know they could help because the search has been long. Later that day two people show up. Allowed them to look at the equipment. They were here all of maybe 15 minutes. I was told “they would be right back” pretty odd but didn’t question it. After about an hour of no communication and no one returning. My husband called back spoke to someone that told him they had left gauges at a different location and that they would be back that day. It’s almost 5pm the next day and still no communication on if they plan to return or an apology for not returning with new schedule date. We have called and found another company to come out. The entire thing was a waste of time and could have been avoided. Don’t recommend this company.

• This has to be the best place out there for all your A/C needs. The staff was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and fast fixing the problem with our mini-split. I called many other companies but noone would work on our mini-split because it is in an RV. As soon as I called Chill Out they said absolutely and we are glad we came to them. • These guys a the weinershnitl or how ever you spell it. on gem lake are burning up. Because your guys came out and supposedly service there system. End up ruining it. They have been out with proper a/c since first of July. Had a commercial company come out an asses the problem. Totaling of damages they said around 19000.00. You need to respect these employees. They are hard working people. They have fryers and griddles in that small area. I don’t know all the details. But job big or small. Do it right or don’t do it at all

• These guys came out to see about my air,the guys back there for maybe 7-10 minutes says he can't fix it today cause the system needed a new air filter which later was quoted for $1300. He also said he washed the condenser out,but I checked after he left and the ground and condenser was completely dry. My landlord had another company come for a second opinion and all the system needed was refrigerant and has been running flawlessly since. These guys seemed lazy,and untrustworthy.

• I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and his company. I had my regular company I had use decide to sell, so I needed a new HVAC company. I had called another HVAC company (before I stumbled upon Chill Out) and they stood me up. The next company I called, did not get back with me for a week with the quote for what I needed. I called Chill Out on Thursday mid day, he was out the very next morning.
