• Called them yesterday cause my ac unit was cold but air blower motor wasn't turning on. Tech "diagnosed" the problem but tried twice to move forward toward me spending $15,000 for a new unit instead. After reminding him that this was a repair call, he shared that the control board wasn't sending power to the motor, so he gave me a verbal estimate for both the board and the motor to the tune of $3100. I'm glad my front door cameras captured all of this. This visit left a bitter taste with me. In spite of all of the good reviews, I wouldn't hire these folks to clean my toilet. In the mean time I will keep looking. P.S. 6/12/25 I wish I could upload my front camera recordings. They are different than his notes on the warrany service. I told your tech I couldn't wait until the end of the 30 day waiting period. Hence the reason I called your company in the first place. No need to reply. I wish you and your colleagues well. • Juston's been here before we like him we give him five stars he's punctual friendly informative he found two problems with our six-year-old Bryant heating system they are normal wear and tear items but if the homeowner isn't aware they can create bigger problems down the line which is the reason we like Carl’s so much we came the long way around to Carl’s after arriving here from the Midwest seven years ago but we're going to stay with them we recommend them to everyone.
