My AC went out last night at 8 o’clock. I was impressed to have Emmanuel Luna come to my home the next morning. I knew I would probably need a new system. Emmanuel patiently explained the different systems to me and helped me pick out the right system for me. He fixed my AC, to get through the weekend in this heat wave, and has scheduled my new installation for Monday morning. I am grateful for the excellent service he provided. He made what could be a stressful experience so much easier.

Camden was very thorough and careful with his work. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why, backing it up with the specifications on the air conditioner. With this extreme heat several issues had arisen, and Camden spent the time to make sure everything functioned properly. I have always had a great customer service experience with ClassicABC.

Our AC went out late Wednesday/early Thursday. After a friend recommended Harlan Johnson, I called 9 am had an excellent AI generated conversation!!! 20 minutes later, received a callback and scheduled arrival between 12-2. We received text updates as well as photos of service people. Donald arrived at 2:05pm. He evaluated issue, explained in detail all that was not functional ( system was 16 years old). We needed new unit and air ducts. He offered fair pricing AND scheduled installation for Friday am. They arrived at 7:35, completed everything, and had air running cold by 4pm. Oscar led the Friday installation and coordinated all in a timely and professional manner. They delivered EXACTLY what they promised - always updating us every step of the way. Thank you Harlan Johnson and ClassicABC Heating and Air- we are happy and COOL!

When we built our house in 1999, we used ABC Heating and Air. We have continued to them ever since. Donald showed up on time, courteous, very professional, competent, and friendly. After a short valuation he determined what the problem was and promptly fixed it. We have AC again!! We have been using them for years. We don’t even call anyone else.
