• I’ve used this company twice now and have had a great experience both times. On the first visit, one of the brothers replaced the capacitor on my compressor and handled some electrical wiring. On the second, one of their technicians replaced the capacitor on my blower motor. Both times, they were punctual, respectful, communicated clearly, and charged reasonable prices. Like with any contractor, you should always do your due diligence regarding upsells to whole new systems for a LOT more money, but it didn't take away from the quality of the services I approved. I'd definitely recommend them.

• My AC stopped cooling today. Experience with competitor Milestone: I originally called milestone and they came out under the disguise of no service fee to come out. But for them to get out of their vehicle they charged a hefty diagnostic fee. That was not disclosed on the phone (milestone apologized for this via text message). They then wanted to charge for a capacitor replacement of over $500 for the “standard” and over $700 for the “turbo” which apparently was better quality. Then I heard what they wanted for Freon and it was crazy high and then I told the technician that I didn’t want their services. Experience with Dragon: Dragon came out and everything was disclosed. The service fee was upfront and cheaper than milestones diagnostic fee. Freon was cheaper. The capacitor was a single price, not some standard versus better price tiers like Milestone and dragon was also much lower. Unit is back on and running and cold air is coming out again and I spent about half of what Milestone would have charged me. Not to mention I wonder what other stuff Milestone might have tried to charge me for. So just save yourself the headache and call Dragon first. I won’t be calling milestone again and dragon will get my trust and business. Thanks dragon. Take care.

• Honestly couldn't recommend this company more. They installed our 4 ton, heat pump system 2 years ago. After a few questions they quoted over the phone, and beat the price of the big name companies by more than half. Didn't waste my time with an iPad sales pitch, no middle man, just great prices. When it came time to install, they were incredibly professional. The owner stopped by a couple of times to check on the team and the progress. Today, two years later, my condensate line backed up and the float switch tripped the system, as it is supposed to do. Like a dummy I waited a while to call, but when I did, they were every bit of willing to do what they could to get a tech out. After I mentioned I had some basic know-how and tools available they walked me through clearing it myself over the phone!! I was able to fix the problem myself, and everything is working as it should. The customer service level is top notch. Truly a great company! If you need a new HVAC system, go with Dragon!

• I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work on their home. Our old unit went out in May just before summer was about to hit, so I started collecting quotes. Dragon stood out from the others as being more detailed in their estimate, taking more time to explain the scope of work, and laying out timeline with pricing. The initial person we talked to was Braden and he was very knowledgeable about getting the right sized unit for our house and explaining our options. My wife and I were able to select from different SEER2 ratings that fit our budget. Dragon's quotes were right in line with the other companies, but with the rebates we got they actually came out to be a little under other quotes in terms of pricing. After we accepted the contract, Dragon was able to come out the same week to do the install. The owner came out himself to do the final airflow calculations. They use American Standard so they were able to get us a rebate, but they also work with Oncor to search for energy credits (we qualified for one which saved us a good chunk of money). Install day was a bit anxious on our end as I was out of town for work, but my wife told me the crew showed up right on time and did the full system (AC and furnace) install all in one day along with installing our new thermostat inside. I believe Gage was the lead technician on install day, and my wife said everything went very smoothly. After install, we has some issues with the condensate drain line. I called Dragon and they were very responsive and got the issue resolved promptly. This speaks volumes to me about the quality of the company that they aren't just around for the initial setup, but more than willing to follow up on any potential issues. My wife and I wanted to go with a local company that had good ratings and didn't break the bank on pricing. Dragon checked all those boxes and really made us feel comfortable with making such a large purchase for this project. Again, I'd highly recommend Dragon for any HVAC work you need.

• Braden from dragon air is awesome! He diagnosed our system and found the leak in the evaporator before going head to change our evaporator. He has been really patient with us throughout the whole process and we are the first time home owner and did not understand HVAC much. On the day of evaporator replacement, the team arrived on time, finished the job in 2 hours! It’s hard to find a contractor that we can trust but I’d say Dragon air has been great and we would definitely work with them again if we have any HVAC issues.

Not only that, they even were able to get a tech to me today! Then, I get a call that the tech is on the way. Next Corbin and Gage show up, are super friendly, get right to it, they were patient with me as I asked questions and Corbin was happy to explain everything going on and why. They tripled-checked that everything was working correctly, checked several outputs to make sure correct cooling was restored. I could not have been happier! No upselling and pure honesty. This is so helpful, because when I do have something major that is going to require a major cost, I will BELIEVE THEM!... Thank you Dragon Air, you guys are on my speed call list from now on! ***Update*** Had my blower start making noises, so I called. Of course I called dragon Air (no one else!). And I got the same treatment as before (if not better, is that possible?!?!?). Alex came asap, checked everything out, as usual, no pressure, gave me all the options. Checked the warranty on my blower and we started the process. Soon it went out (glad I went with his recommendation to replace). Alex had Corbin come out as soon as possible to make sure that was the issue, then Corbin worked with Alex to get Evan who was near the parts location to get the ordered parts and come to install them that day. This company is not only the best, they care... they care to work the emergencies in! All three gentlemen have hearts of Gold! Maybe one day I will get to meet Dragon himself! IF you ever read a bad review (surprising...), you need to stop and consider that it is one from someone who probably thinks the world should revolve around them...
