• Our AC went out last night and we were sitting at 80° inside our home at 8:00 this morning. I called DT and they were here ASAP. By 10:00 our air conditioning was running and we are on our way to a cooler home. I have two toddlers and two dogs and it was getting so uncomfortable for everyone. Texas summers are no joke and today is forecasted to get up to 101°. No upselling, just straight to repair and resolve our issues. He also gave me an estimate before he started work. I’ll be using this company for any HVAC issues going forward!!!

• Exceptional Service and Unbelievable Honesty! I cannot recommend Zee from DT Air and Heat highly enough. I was recently told by a technician from a different company that my entire AC unit was dead and needed to be completely replaced. Facing a massive bill, I decided to get a second opinion from Zee—and thank goodness I did! Instead of pushing an expensive replacement, Zee took the time to properly diagnose the unit. He found the actual issue, repaired it efficiently, and saved me thousands of dollars. On top of the incredible repair job, Zee went completely above and beyond. He took the time to educate me on proper maintenance and care, giving me invaluable tips on optimal thermostat settings and explaining exactly when to keep the fan on "Auto" versus "On." He even filled an open gap around the duct going into the house and walked me through best practices for air filter maintenance. If that wasn't enough, he also got up into the attic to look at my second unit and fixed an overflow issue it was having. Zee is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and professional. It is rare to find someone with this level of integrity in the industry. DT Air and Heat has earned a customer for life!

• Got 3 quotes for a new HVAC unit and DT came out on top. They got me on the schedule quickly, came and installed the system, upgraded the air flow to my office which has been like 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house since I've moved in, and everything is working great so far. Plano inspector even said the work was done well. It's pretty hard to find a reliable and fairly priced company these days as everyone marks their stuff up through the roof, but I feel DT treated me fairly, gave me a good price, and I'm satisfied with the experience.
