  • We’ve used Milestone more than once, and one thing they do very well is making us feel valued as customers. The staff is usually friendly, attentive, and professional. My biggest frustrations are the pricing and the amount of follow-up communication. Their quotes have repeatedly come in thousands of dollars higher than other companies, even when financing or credit options are available. On top of that, calls and texts are often repeated, back-to-back, or sent multiple times in the same day. This has been a recurring pattern, not just an issue with one quote. I appreciate the way they treat us personally, but I wish the pricing were more competitive and the communication frequency were toned down.

This is going to be $$$.” Edger calmed me down, fixed the problem by cleaning the shower head and replacing the outside hose bib. 100% happy woman!

  • We’ve used Milestone many times over the years and have always had exceptional service, but I wanted to give compliments to Clayton’s great service today. We just had Milestone install a new downstairs HVAC system in our home last week. Clayton came out and was able to finish necessary documentation/pictures for city permit and also inspect our upstairs system which has been working very hard while the downstairs was out. He did a great job of even giving us a few energy efficiency recommendations for things that we can do to prolong the life of the upstairs system. And shout out to the the sweet lady in charge of city permitting and the installation manager for quick communication with Clayton so he could get proper supplies/documentation for the permit so that we didn’t have to have an additional visit to our home saving us valuable time which is precious these days! Great service!
