He took the time to diagnose the problem thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and repaired my AC without recommending unnecessary replacements. He also answered all of my questions patiently and made sure the system was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and respectful attitude.   • Can't say enough about this company, and about Jason in particular (who did all the troubleshooting on our old system, and made recommendations for how to proceed). He was very transparent during the whole discovery phase, which made us confident all options had been exercised, and that our decision to replace the unit was the practical thing to do. Their installers were professional, quiet, and did such a good job cleaning up after themselves you couldn't even tell they were there. Jason followed up after the install to show us how to use our fancy new thermostat, and just to make sure we were happy in general. We got lucky the weather wasn't too hot when our old AC went out... Jason probably had something to do with that too.
