I want to thank Tammy who answered my call and helped me understand what to expect once the pro tech arrives. She was very patient with me and calmed my frustration. The pro tech who came to fix my thermostat was amazingly helpful by telling me in detail what my situation was and what he was doing. He got it fixed in no time and the price was way better than all the ones I had called before.

Great experience using All City Air! We lost ac after a power event seemed to blow out our capacitor at 9pm on a Sunday. The following Monday was a holiday and I called a few places that would not come on a holiday and other places that wanted to charge a $300 fee to come out. It was 100 degrees and we had to get the air fixed asap! All City Air came through and got here by 9am on Monday after scheduling service between 9pm-10pm on Sunday night. A very dependable, kind and compassionate business! We were so happy with their service we decided to enroll in their annual maintenance program too to keep our system running optimally. Living in Texas we all know how important ac is in the summer and All City Air has your back when you need emergency help! THANK YOU!!

Calle for my AC not working and a tech was here within the hour! He worked really hard to fix my AC but was unable to as the compressor was broken. Home warranty expired, but the AC is under warranty still. They gave me the option to pay over time which was such a blessing!!! This company is fast, reliable and honest! If you have an AC problem call them and get it fixed!
