  • Hi there, the email address on your website bounces back, the LinkedIn button on your website directs to an unclaimed page, you don’t answer the phone or my texts. We just had Jackson out to replace the warrantied Capacitor on our HVAC system and I’d like to understand more about the cost associated with this action. It took him – literally – 5 minutes to change the part. He told me that it was an easy one and would be quick. The cost was $224.10. For 5 minutes. To do work that was included in the warranty. How does that make sense? When we had the unit installed by All-Year, it was done by a company that we’d had a 20-year relationship with and we trusted them to do right by us and we had experienced such great service from them. I understand that companies change and that Dun-Rite now is the servicer of this unit and its related warranty. It’s just a surprise to have such a huge fee for something that should be covered by the warranty. This is so far beyond what we would have experienced with All-Year. I would appreciate it if you could please send me a copy of the warranty and a better explanation as to the huge difference in time v. expense on this transaction.

  • Small wire had melted and no power to compressor. They diagnosed immediately and no charge cause it was a short fix and I had done maintenance with them! Great to see that!

  • Nobody likes to have AC problems in 100 degree weather. Shane and Justin were very attentive and thorough. They took their time and got us back in the cool as quickly as possible. The Lebnox thermostat was crap and shoukd gave been replaced on their dime, butbthats not Dunrites fault. Much appreciated guys!

  • We have always had really friendly people sent out to solve our problems. I’ve come to trust them all.

  • System replacement and was downgraded without my knowledge. The installer did a great job but the supervisor never called. I understand that the installer just went by the work order but the communication with the office was horrible. I had a smart thermostat and now I have a dumb one. My heater was a two stage heater and now it is a signal stage. None of this was explained when I purchased the system. The original tech advised that all functionality would be the same. It is just the opposite. I think I over paid. The job was not completed the day it was promised. Very disappointing.
