After having other AC companies tell us that our compressor was bad and that we needed to replace our entire system—with quotes up to 20k—he took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of immediately trying to sell us a new unit. He found that the capacitor was the issue, confirmed that our compressor was fine, and also identified an electrical problem that was contributing to the breaker tripping. He had everything diagnosed, cleaned and fixed within two hours, and we paid a very fair price instead of spending tens of thousands on a system we didn’t actually need. • I called Gary while I was out of town when my A/C had broken down and I needed an emergency repair. To make matters more challenging, my phone experienced technical difficulties which made it impossible to communicate other than text. He graciously worked through all the challenges (including that we had left no spare key for home entry, so he did everything from the exterior), found the problem immediately, gave a fair and transparent quote for the replacement and cleaning, and followed through on everything with amazing promptness. He accomplished all this within hours of my initial call. Originally I thought our vacation out of town might be ruined, but he saved the day, and our A/C was back up and running in no time. • I couldn't recommend these guys more. My ACs failed and needed replaced. I called several AC groups in the area and talked to a few. JupitAir was the first one I felt comfortable with. • My 15-year-old R22 HVAC system developed a leak. Based on its age and being R22 I knew it was time for a replacement. I'm a retired engineer and although my area of expertise is not HVAC, I'm well read and understand the equipment and refrigerant types used. I performed research and selected the equipment I wanted installed and knew ahead of time what the wholesale equipment cost and labor rates were. I called JUPITAIR and spoke with Gary. He came out to my house within a couple of hours and provided me a quote that was exceptional. I didn't bother calling anyone else and contracted with JUPITAIR. Gary and associates came out the next day (100-degree weather) and installed a new condenser, evaporator, and furnace. I couldn't be happier with the quality and expertise of the service I was provided. I would definitely recommend JUPITAIR for all your HVAC needs.

• After a tune up (which includes routine service) from a larger company and being told that my 4 year old unit needed the evaporator coil replaced, I reached out to Jupitair. He came over and checked out the system and said that the evaporator coil was just fine. He looked around a bit more on the inside unit then inspected the outside unit. He called me over to show that the condenser was filthy. I assumed that had been completed during the routine maintenance call from the larger company, but they skipped that portion of my service (and who knows what else). Jupitair charged a fair fee to re-inspect both systems and clean the outside units. Needless to say, I ended my contract with the larger company and will be working with Jupitair going forward. The owner is the person you work and speak with. He's honest and wants to work hard to EARN your business.

• I have a contract with a different HVAC company. I noticed a leak from the condensate overflow pipe on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment to clear condensate drain for Monday and the tech finally showed up at around 6:30pm. As seems to be the case these days with commissioned techs, the tech looked at the configuration of my drains and proposed adding two Jones Valves at $250 each before he would clear the condensate drain. FYI you can buy a Jones Valve for $16 on Amazon and the install is cut pipe, glue and your done. When I said I didn't want to pay $500 to add the valves and asked how much to clear the drain he said he couldn't do it. He charged me the $49 trip charge and left. He would not clear the drain unless I agreed to his extortion. Now it's after hours and I have no AC with outside temperatures at 80⁰+. I did a quick AI search and I can upon Jupitair. A quick call and Eugert tells me that he can come out and solve my problem and only charge me for the after hours trip charge. 2 hours later he shows up and gets the AC working again. It's so nice to find an fair and honest person in this world of greed. Not only is he a honest person, but he is a kind and friendly guy as well. He genuinely wants his cuisines to be satisfied. I cannot recommend Eugert and Jupitair highly enough. Call them, you will not be disappointed...

• A++ Service. Gary and his team are extremely professional, prompt, thorough, and honest. After my late afternoon phone conversation with Gary, The team came to my house that same day to diagnose my problem after finishing all of their appointments for the day. They did not charge me for the diagnosis and clearly explained the problem and what would be necessary to resolve the issue. On the day of the repair, they arrived on time and successfully completed the work in the timeframe expected. When complete, everything was left exactly how it was found, with the exception of the new parts required to fix our issue. During this whole process, there was never a mention regarding the typical annoyance of upselling or continuous service contracts. I will definitely trust Gary and his team to resolve any issues we may have in the future.
