It’s being installed tomorrow. They worked hard to communicate and accommodate my situation. So far, great.. update: Pancho and Tino installed my new unit today. They were great! They installed the air conditioning and the heat pump. It’s quiet, and very efficient. They were respectful and worked extra hard at doing it better than expected. A very good experience!!

• Had my AC unit checked out today to make sure everything was running smooth Chris called us about 20 minutes before arrival came in very sweet very friendly extremely respectful checked out both of my units and make sure that everything was nice and good cleaned out the ACs and that very very professional and sweet. I would definitely recommend this company on specially Chris he was just a sweet sweet guy. • Opportunistic and exploitive - $3300 quote to repair a mini-split and recharge with refrigerant: "System leaking refrigerant and needs to be properly installed. Welded and porperly charge system. New refrigerant. For proper cooling levels" Climate Care's charge for R-410 refrigerant alone was $900.00 ($300.00 per lb.). I called a reputable HVAC company, Bailey's Heating & Air (Air Heroes), who repaired and recharged the system in two hours for a total of $900.00. Climate Care wanted 3X the amount for their refrigerant and expected $1200.00 an hour for their labor. Recommendation? Don't bother, waste of your time and $2400.00!

• We wanted to get a tune up with our HVAC unit, and Anthony showed up and was great! He answered all questions that we had and was extremely professional. He gave us some good feedback on our ductwork and we are happy with the overall service. Thank you, Anthony! UPDATED REVIEW with ALAN CORONA: For a few days our A/C fan was having some issues with the fan not spinning. Alan came to the rescue and showed me what was wrong with the fan. Not only was the fan motor oil spilling out, our capacitor needed to be replaced as well. Alan guided me to understand why it wasn't functioning by showing the pieces that were worn out. He also showed us our warranty which I had no idea we still had. Alan was very patient and didn't show any signs of urgency to get the job done. Alan took his time making sure each piece was put back together the right way. He even went the extra mile to vacuum the leaves out of the unit. After everything was complete, he showed us that our freon was still doing just fine by doing a quick test. He even taught me how to check to see if the freon was still working. I am really glad to have met Alan. I can tell he takes his job very seriously, and goes the extra mile to care for his clients. Thank you Alan, for your patients, taking the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Pictures are before and after. Update 09/21/2026 another wonderful tech came to my home to maintenance the AC! Very respectful and on time. We hope to meet him again for our heater maintenance in January. Thank you!

• The guy that came out was super friendly and had a great attitude. However he was really trying to sell me a whole new A/C unit vs. Just fixing the problem. He was very nonchalant about the new system only costing 20k+.Now im not sure about any of you out there but I don't have 20k just laying around waiting to be used. I asked if we could replace the blower motor and he said sure for 3800.00 he said it was going to take a week to get and we couldn't use aftermarket one because York had to program it specifically for my unit. Well I decided to get a 2nd opinion to see if he was bs-ing me ? Turns out I could actually use an aftermarket one. So thats what I did and it only ran 1900.00. Thank God for 2nd opinions. I guess some folks are just about the $$
