• I don't even know where to start. My a/c died. I was banking on it at some point, after all, it was prehistoric. Still, no one wants to go through that. You hear all the stories about what a nightmare it could be while simultaneously draining your bank account. Additionally, I knew that when my a/c was going to go, it would be quickly followed by my HVAC and the cherry on top...I had been previously warned that my ducting was "brittle so I had a big decision to make. Luckily, I do have a home warranty that steps in to help with my a/c but since my HVAC hadn't died yet, it wouldn't be covered, and neither was my ducting (or so I thought). So I could either opt to just go with the a/c, wait for the HVAC to die, and deal with it and my ducting later, or see what other options I might have. I say all that to set the premise...I was in one of every homeowners worst situations....(again...or so I thought). Coaches HVAC was the contractor assigned by my home warranty company. I talked to Chris day 1 of my issue, had a crew out the very next day to diagnose the issue and by the 3rd day, I had the quote for my cost outside of a/c. Shortly after that call, Chris contacted me, listened to my concerns about the rest of my system, and presented me with an option that not only met all of my needs, but also brought real relief to what I was concerned about it costing. He made my decision easy. I felt heard, valued, and prioritized as a customer. When the crew came, they were friendly, hard working, efficient, knowledgeable, and timely. Among other things! The entire process was a pleasure. What started as a nightmare ended up a dream. Thank you to Chris, Bobby, Darell, Tom, Diego, and Jas! Coaches not only knows what they are doing, they are fantastic at it! 10/10 recommend!! I will go nowhere else! They literally check ALL the boxes!!

• COACHES HVAC EXTRAORDINAIR was assigned by American Home Shield (AHS) to provide a second opinion on replacing the A/C unit in my home. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Chris was extremely slow in submitting his report, explaining that if his diagnosis matched the original contractor's, the replacement job would simply be assigned back to them. It felt like the process was unnecessarily delayed while we were without reliable air conditioning during a week when temperatures were consistently over 100°F. Although AHS requested a second opinion to determine whether the A/C unit could be repaired instead of replaced, Chris instead tried to convince me that I also needed to replace my furnace, even though there was no clear justification for doing so. He also told me the installation would take up to three weeks to complete. To make matters worse, his out-of-pocket estimate was approximately $3,000 higher than the quote from N&C Air and Heating, the original contractor. We declined Chris's estimate and proceeded with N&C instead. AHS shipped the replacement unit the very next day, the installation was scheduled two days later, and the entire job was completed within three days. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend COACHES HVAC EXTRAORDINAIR. The delays, significantly higher pricing, and recommendation to replace equipment that did not appear to need replacement left me with little confidence in their service.

• This company did an install at my children's school and all I have to say is that it took 5 times for them to get it even close to correct. If you want a repeated call back and hastle install they are your team but the level of care shown was beyond reprehensible they left an exposed buss bar because there solution to potential hot exposed wires was to pull the breaker. Not only leaving a hot exposed bus bar but leaving wires inside the breaker box. Then we asked to secure the units to the pad they used plumbers tape and zip screws and then Turn around and claim it's industry standard to not secure all 4 corners. Could not be bothered to even use a few tap con or wedge anchors

Always said “we’ll send over the report tonight” and never did - it would take them a week to send a report to home warranty and the report never aligned with what they would tell us verbally. • Two years ago our AC unit went out! I am grateful that we had home insurance. Our provider sent us to Coaches HVAC. During the process, we were told it was in our best interest to not only replace our AC, but also our heater… even though there was no problem with out heater. We were skeptical. Eventually we decided to replace the AC and heater. It was the original AC/Heater from a home built in 2006. At first our heater did not work, but we did not find this out until the following winter season, because everything was replaced going into the summer season. The AC has always been on point and it cooled our home quickly. The brand new AC was amazing! When winter hit, we went to turn on our new heater… and it would not work at all. We checked our warranty and everything had passed. We were so upset. Instead of reaching out to our insurance, we reached out to Coaches HVAC to fix the system because they put in! This business stands behind its product and their work. I worked directly with one of the owners, who was attentive and understanding. It took a few weeks, but they got everything fine tuned and dialed in. Imagine spending thousands of dollars out of pocket, even though it was covered by insurance, and what you bought did not work. I am so grateful to the employees and the owners. They show-up when they tell you and they were respectful to us and our home. They care about their customer’s peace of mind and their product. If you are looking for a company that does great work, stands behind their product, does what they say, and cares about customer service, then you are done searching! This is it! • Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR was sent out through our AHS. Once they were assigned, I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule me in for the same week. The day before they called me and asked that they needed to move my appointment from the morning to the afternoon because of some emergencies call, which I was fine with. Sent an initial text message that a technician was assigned and confirmation of the timeframe they will show up, when it was rescheduled the same thing occurred. Stephen Jeffrey was assigned to us, he was amazing, knowledgeable kind, and if you asked any questions, he would answer them without being rushed. He was able to diagnose the issue, then talked to us what he found, and then went back up and finalized everything. He then came back down and stated that he was finished, and advised us what he had done. Overall, I had a great experience with Coaches and their technician Stephen Jeffrey! • I would never recommend Coaches They came to diagnose my air conditioning unit a week ago and claimed the entire unit needed to be replaced for a whopping $16,000 or more. I sought a second opinion, and it turned out to be a simple capacitor replacement for only $180, including parts and labor. They are incredibly dishonest and overpriced. Beware!

They then tried to pressure me into buying a completely new heater for over $4,000. Fortunately, a different company was able to fix the issue with a simple sensor replacement.
